  31. no event will the system operator be liable for incidental or
  32. consequential damages, including, but not limited to, destruction of
  33. data or damage to your equipment.  The system operator cannot be held
  34. responsible for the software on this system.  All software is taken by you

  42. material you access on this system.  The System Operator disclaims any
  43. responsibility for results due to the accessing of this material by under
  44. age users.

  52. passed on to third parties by the system operator and his designated
  53. representatives if he so chooses.  All messages become the property of the
  54. system operator and may not be displayed elsewhere without his permission.

  56.       (18 U.S.C. 2510 et seq.), notice is hereby given that there are no
  57.       facilities provided by this system for sending or receiving truly
  58.       private or confidential electronic communications.
  59. The System Operator can, and often will, read all messages left on this
  60. system, including "Private" messages addressed to persons other than the
  61. system operator, not normally available to other users.  The system operator
  62. reserves the right to delete any message, regardless of whether such message
  63. has been received by its intended recipient(s).  The system operator also
  64. reserves the right to change the status of a message designated "Private"
  65. so that such message is public and available to all callers.  The status
  66. of a message may be changed whenever, in the sole discretion of the system
  67. operator, it is believed appropriate to do so.
